The SCDNR Heritage Trust Program children’s book series is written for ages 8 – 11 years old (3rd – 5th grades). Digital copies of the books can be downloaded for free. Free print copies of the books are available at festivals and events SCDNR Heritage Trust Program staff attend. The printing of these books was made possible through generous grants from the Harry Hampton Memorial Wildlife Fund.
